Welcome to HAMEL Online Shop!



     1. Choose the product you want, then click "Add to Cart" button. The product will be added to your Shopping Cart.
     2. When you add a product to cart, the screen will display a notification that the product is successfully added to cart. After that you can proceed with the purchase.
     3. The product you added to cart will stay there until you complete your order, or you remove it from cart, therefore you can easily return to the search of other products, add them to the cart, and access to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon Cart which is located in the header of each page.
     4. After you have finished the selection of the products and wish to complete the purchase please once again view the products you want to order. If there is any product you want to remove from the cart, click on the "Remove" link located on the right side of the product.
     5. If you have checked the products you want to buy, and wish to complete the purchase, click on "Confirm Order" button.
     6. Please choose the method of payment. You have the options of: online payment with credit cards payment slip


All prices listed on the website are final on the day of the order. All prices HAMEL Web Store published for the purchase from the Republic of Serbia are in dinars ( RSD ), with VAT included. For foreign purchases prices are expressed in EUR, except for the United States, where prices are quoted in USD. After the order conclusion is made on the website, you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. This e- mail contains the data that you have left while purchasing.

Before you choose between paying with credit cards or payment slip (only for Serbia) , please fill in your personal information in the required fields for the delivery and check the accuracy of the information entered. By clicking "Next" button, you will be directed to a page where you will be able to choose the method of payment.

Online payment with credit cards

If you have chosen the online payment with credit card option, a link will take you to the site where Banca Intesa website where you will be asked to fill in the fields that require your credit card number and other necessary information.

Payment slip

If you have chose the payment slip option , please complete the order and fill in a receipt in accordance with the example given on the website and implement the payment at your post office/bank or via e –banking.
