What are the Hamel working hours?Hamel is open every day from 10 AM to 9 PM on working days, and from 10 AM to 6 PM on Saturdays.

Why is my credit card rejected?There are many reasons why your card may be rejected, such are: wrong number, wrong card expiration date, restrictions previously put by your bank, insufficient funds . In case of rejection of your card, please contact your bank.
When the product is billed from my account?When paying by credit card online , the funds are immediately reserved from your bank account, while the payment is performed before delivery.
When will I receive the information about the transaction I made?After the completion of the transaction you will receive an e-mail notification.

Who pays the postage?The postage is paid by the recepient.
What can I do if i wait for the delivery for too long?If the ordered item is on stock, it will be shipped within 2-7 days. If the product you ordered is sold out or, for some other reason we do not have it on stock, please contact us.
Do you perform delivery outside of Serbia?We perform delivery abroad via DHL. The foreign customers are able to order the products online via www.shophamel.com and perform the payment by their credit card.

Can I cancel my order?In case you want to cancel your order, providing that the order has not been sent yet, please send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with the aim of providing the order cancellation.
In case I am not satisfied with the product, what is the deadline return?The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay and not later than 14 days from sending a cancellation request form. After the expiration of this 14-day period, the product can no longer be returned. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition (signs of wear, washing powder smells , pulls etc) will be sent back to customer.
